Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Relocation not available; reside in MN, IA, MO, IL, WI, MI, IN, KS, or OH.
• No immigration sponsorship for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT and related visas.

Responsibilities

• Create value and establish the project order management process.
• Manage technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders.
• Coordinate with Project Management team resources.
• Apply sales planning services to internal clients in specialist areas.
• Upgrade processes, deploy initiatives, and analyze customer trends.
• Ensure compliance with processes and procedures and negotiate for resources.
