Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division seeks a Manager, Project Engineering to lead a team of Project Engineers supporting Field Project Managed orders in the Central Region. This role is remote with preference for proximity to an Eaton facility for collaboration.

You will guide workload distribution, develop direct reports, and act as escalation point for technical and commercial issues while leveraging Vista/SAP, Power BI, BidManager, PM Hub to optimize project orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of sales, customer service and/or project management/project engineering experience.
• Relocation is not available. Candidates must reside within Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Kansas, or Ohio.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the technical team of Project Engineers in the Central Region to ensure workload is properly distributed.
• Identify and address training needs and ensure efficient use of systems and processes.
• Provide escalation support for technical and commercial issues to internal partners and customers.
