Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking a Regional Program Manager Lead. This remote opportunity is based from a home office in the United States, with preference for candidates in the Michigan/Indiana region.

The role oversees multiple programs delivering NPI, STP, and VA/VE initiatives, coaching program managers, and driving governance and capital planning with Operations and Finance. You will build organizational capability, mentor staff, and ensure execution maturity through cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations from an accredited institution.
• Ten (10) years in manufacturing, operations, engineering, supply chain, program management within automotive/industrial manufacturing.
• Five (5) years leading complex programs/projects in a global manufacturing environment.
• Eaton does not sponsor immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple programs to ensure scope, schedule, quality, and financial objectives; develop program managers.
• Develop and govern integrated program management plans (WBS, schedules, resources, capital, risk, communication).
• Drive standardized program management practices, KPIs, and phase-gate governance (ProLaunch) for transparency and execution.
• Manage program scope, risks, issues, and opportunities with structured methodologies and baseline control.
• Align and influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure manufacturing readiness and successful product launches.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and feedback in a matrixed environment.
• Define, validate, and manage business cases by integrating financials, customer requirements, market trends, and competition.
• Manage financial performance, forecasting, reporting, and variance control to protect profitability.
• Coordinate customer-related activities, including requirements alignment, specs updates, and change tracking.
• Lead governance and transformation activities, including executive reporting, CARs, automation, and lessons learned.
