Responsibilities

• Lead electro-mechanical, cross-functional product development and operations initiatives.
• Own P&L for assigned programs with responsibility for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Plan and execute projects to defined scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets; manage milestones and critical path.
• Maintain project documentation, metrics and logs to support phase gates and reviews.
• Monitor program health and risks; provide data-driven status reports to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to program management processes and drive continuous improvement.
