Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Regional Perishable Operations Manager to lead multi-club perishables execution from a home-based role. You’ll drive merchandising priorities, use data to optimize sales, and build capacity in fresh-management roles.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional teams and training for sustained excellence. The position reports to the Sr Director of Perishables and carries financial accountability for the clubs under your network.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient in BJ's IS, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Previous experience in perishable goods merchandising and operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee and drive executional excellence across a network of BJ’s regional clubs.
Collaborate with Sr Director of Perishables, CSC team, Club Operations, and DC Operations.
Develop Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager capabilities.
Analyze sales and profitability data to improve merchandising and operations.
Support training and succession planning for perishable teams.
