Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Lead to guide a dedicated team within a perishable distribution center. You will develop team capabilities, drive accuracy, and reduce labor costs while safeguarding inventory integrity across vendor and customer touchpoints.

You will oversee documentation, KPI monitoring, recalls, and compliance, ensuring consistent performance and strong vendor relations. Strong math, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College coursework or comparable business experience preferred.
• Experience in distribution centers preferred and MHE experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and mentor Inventory Control team members to support their development.
• Set clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and promote a collaborative, accountable environment.
• Ensure inventory control accuracy and integrity across the distribution center.
• Coordinate with operations and other DC leaders to maintain records and KPI monitoring.
