Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Maryland seeks a Regional Perishable Operations Manager to oversee a network of clubs, drive merchandising priorities, and ensure execution excellence with financial accountability.

You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, develop club leadership, and partner with Sr Director of Perishables, Merchandising, and DC Operations to align on strategic objectives. Travel to Mid-Atlantic clubs is required weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail merchandising or operations management.
• Strong analytical skills with data tools.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee merchandising programs across club locations and ensure consistency.
• Analyze regional sales and profitability using data insights to drive improvements.
• Develop Club Manager, Fresh Manager, and Meat Manager leadership and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Sr Director of Perishables, CSC, Club Operations, and DC Operations to align on priorities.
