Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a regional payroll leader to oversee expert support and service delivery for payroll and time & attendance programs. You will drive large-scale transition efforts, ensuring compliance, productivity, and efficiency while guiding stakeholders and other providers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience managing a large payroll function, with strong Workday payroll knowledge and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in a large payroll function.
• Strong knowledge of payroll and time & attendance processes.
• Experience with Workday payroll strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage regional compliance and cross-functional stakeholders.
