GE Aerospace seeks a regional payroll leader who will deliver expert service for payroll and time & attendance programs. You will plan and implement large-scale transitions, ensuring compliance, productivity, and system efficiency.

You will share knowledge and influence stakeholders to meet strategic priorities across the region. You will manage payroll processes, governance, and documentation, ensuring accurate wage calculations, deductions, and timely payments while keeping up with changing

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in a large payroll function.
• Experience with Workday payroll strongly preferred.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional advisory skills and ability to guide HR stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Regional Service Delivery teams for payroll, time & attendance, and related services for a region.
• Defines support needs, service models and operating frameworks for payroll delivery.
• Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRM's in a timely, professional manner.
• Oversees management of regional payroll programs, policies and procedures.
• Manages payroll processes including calculation of wages, deductions, and payments.
• Monitors regional regulations and changes in labor law affecting payroll.
• Maintains regional employee records and prepares reconciliations and reports.
