Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a regional payroll leader to provide expert support and service delivery for payroll and time & attendance programs across the region. You will plan and implement large-scale transitions, define service models, and oversee compliance and productivity of payroll systems.

You will manage payroll processes (wages, deductions, payments), monitor regulatory changes, supervise regional records, and influence stakeholders through clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience managing a large payroll function.
• Specialized depth in payroll systems; Workday payroll experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with time and attendance systems and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Leads Regional Service Delivery teams responsible for payroll and time & attendance across a region.
• Oversees payroll processes, schedules, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitors regulatory changes and maintains regional employee records.
• Defines service models, collects metrics, and guides stakeholders on best practices.
