Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a regional payroll leader to oversee delivery and compliance across payroll and time & attendance programs. You will guide planning and execution of large-scale transitions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate wage calculations and timely reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years managing a large payroll function, with strong Excel/Workday expertise and cross-functional communication skills. In-person orientation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college + Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.

Responsibilities

• Leads Regional Service Delivery teams responsible for the quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, time & attendance and related services for a region.
• Defines immediate and future support needs, service models and operational frameworks.
• Manages payroll queries from employees, managers and HRMs in a timely, professional manner.
• Administers payroll processes and oversees payroll documentation and reporting.
