Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a seasoned payroll leader to drive regional service delivery for payroll and time & attendance, ensuring compliant and efficient processes across the region. You will guide transformation efforts, manage complex payroll operations, and influence stakeholders at multiple levels to meet strategic priorities.

The role requires deep payroll systems expertise, strong project management, and excellent communication in a manufacturing context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and at least 5 years managing a large payroll function.
• Experience with Workday payroll preferred.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to provide independent guidance to HR stakeholders at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads Regional Service Delivery teams for payroll and time & attendance services for a region.
• Defines immediate and future support needs, service models and operational frameworks.
• Manages payroll queries from employees, managers, and HRMs; administers payroll processes.
• Oversees management, documentation and communication of regional payroll programs and procedures.
• Manages payroll process including calculation of wages and deductions.
• Ensures payroll schedules, reconciliations, and documentation of business requirements.
• Monitors regional government regulations affecting payroll processes.
• Manages regional employee records (tax documents, files).
• Oversee and review reconciliations and reports.
