Job summary

GE Aerospace in New Mexico is seeking a regional payroll leader to oversee time & attendance programs and large-scale transition efforts. You will drive service delivery, compliance, and efficiency across payroll processes, partnering with HR and finance stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, communication, and a deep understanding of payroll systems, preferably Workday. The position is remote with in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation Day 1; base pay range

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a large payroll function.
• Experience with payroll systems and time & attendance.

Responsibilities

• Leads Regional Service Delivery teams for payroll and time & attendance across a region.
• Oversees documentation of programs, policies, and procedures.
• Manage payroll process including wages, deductions, and payments.
• Ensure payroll schedules and reconciliations are defined and documented.
• Monitor regional labor regulations affecting payroll processes.
• Prepare reconciliations and reports.
