Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a regional payroll leader to oversee service delivery for payroll and time & attendance across the region. You will drive planning and implementation of large-scale transitions and ensure compliant, efficient operations with a focus on strategy and stakeholder influence.

The role requires expert payroll knowledge, especially with Workday, and strong project management, communication, and analytical skills to guide teams and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in a large payroll function.
• Experience with Workday payroll is strongly preferred.
• Experience with time and attendance systems, ideally in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and cross-cultural skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional service delivery teams for payroll and time & attendance.
• Define immediate and future support needs, service models and frameworks.
• Manage payroll calculations, schedules, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations and maintain employee records.
• Coordinate with HR and external providers to meet priorities.
