GE Aerospace is seeking a regional payroll expert to lead service delivery for payroll and time & attendance across the region. You will plan and implement large-scale transitions, influence stakeholders, and drive compliance and efficiency in payroll systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of managing a large payroll function, with strong communication and project management skills. This is a remote role with in-person New Hire Orientation Day 1 in the US.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and at least 5 years managing a large payroll function.
• Experience with payroll systems and time & attendance, preferably Workday.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Leads regional service delivery teams for payroll, time & attendance, and related services.
• Defines support needs, service models, and operational frameworks for the region.
• Manages payroll queries, ensures timely, professional responses, and oversees metrics.
• Oversees regional payroll programs, policies, and procedures documentation.
• Ensures accurate payroll processing, schedules, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Monitors regional regulatory changes and maintains employee records.
