Ladders is seeking a Regional Patient Access Manager - Long Term Care, Mid South, to lead regional patient access support for long-term care accounts and collaborate with specialty pharmacies, HUB partners, HCPs, and internal teams to resolve coverage barriers.

The role educates stakeholders on reimbursement requirements, prior authorization, and financial assistance across the Mid South region; remote work is available with up to 60% travel across the U.S.

Formación

• BS/BA in a related field with 6+ years pharma/biotech experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PharmD/PhD with 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies and managed care impact on product access.
• Excellent knowledge of patient support programs, reimbursement and financial assistance.
• Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes.
• Experience in pharma/biotech functions such as sales, management, or marketing is preferred.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 60% across the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Provide field access support and education to Healthcare Professionals to improve patient access to products.
• Communicate with specialty pharmacies and HUB partners to support marketed products.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies and Healthcare Professionals to resolve prescription coverage issues.
• Train Healthcare Professionals on payer-specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs.
• Introduce technology options for electronic patient access submissions and support documentation requirements.
• Identify and communicate payer issues to the National Account Directors team.
• Conduct patient access workshops and assist with new hire training as needed.
