Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field with 6+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience.
• 2+ years of specialty pharmacy/market access experience.
• Deep understanding of payer coverage policies and reimbursement processes.
• Strong communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Provide field access support and education to HCPs to maximize patient access.
• Collaborate with SPs, CDPs, and HUB partners to streamline access.
• Vet and maintain the pharmacy distribution network.
• Lead payer policy discussions and internal business reviews.
• Deliver Patient Access workshops and training for new hires.
