Qualifications

• People management experience or proven leadership in developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of patient access liaisons.
• Accountable for performance, training, and compliance of the team.
• Develop KPIs and track team performance against metrics.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Directors to align team and sales partners.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address patient access needs.
• Deliver quarterly presentations on group objectives and performance.
