Acadia Pharmaceuticals Inc. is seeking a Long-Term Care Patient Access Manager to support providers and facilities in navigating access for on-label therapies in long-term care settings.

You will serve as a field-based liaison, delivering guidance on access, payer requirements, and distribution processes, while partnering with hub resources and cross-functional teams to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Patient Access, Market Access, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare Part A and Part D access is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as key subject matter expert for access and reimbursement issues.
• Educate providers to navigate the access process and resolve questions.
• Collaborate with LTC facilities, pharmacies, and hub resources to ensure timely access.
• Escalate payer issues to regional account managers as needed.
• Maintain on-site presence in LTC facilities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
