Job summary

Akumin is seeking a Regional Operations Specialist for New Hampshire and Vermont facilities. The role is 90% remote with 10% onsite travel, and the ideal candidate resides in New Hampshire.

You will oversee day-to-day operational execution across sites, focusing on scheduling, staffing, administrative workflows, and customer coordination to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include regional scheduling, payroll/overtime tracking, invoice auditing, and cross-site workforce

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling, staffing logistics, and administrative workflows.
• Payroll, reporting, and operational coordination knowledge.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (Joint Commission, CMS, ACR) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional Operations & Scheduling Management across multiple sites, with real-time adjustments.
• Administrative Operations & Reporting including payroll and overtime tracking.
• Supply (USD) ordering, invoicing audits, and site documentation.
• Customer Support: prepare materials for reviews and coordinate cross-team communications.
• Workforce Management: interview and onboard coordinators; train teammates.
• Site Management: maintain postings, audits, and compliance readiness.
