Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Region CFS Director to lead regional operations support and capability development within a fast-paced Manufacturing & Automotive environment. You will translate key metrics into actionable plans, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Remote role (US-based candidates only). You will coach leaders, partner with senior execs on performance reviews, and design learning strategies to close capability gaps.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services or the automotive industry.
• Proven track record in operational leadership and performance improvement.
• Strong coaching and development skills for team management.
• Ability to analyze data and drive strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in change management and training program design.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for operations, enhancing business performance
• Coach and develop managers for consistent execution
• Collaborate with leadership to create action plans for key performance metrics
• Attend monthly operating reviews to provide strategic insights
• Lead and manage a team of trainers, setting performance expectations
