AutoNation is seeking a Regional CFS Director to serve as a strategic partner to Market and Store leadership, driving excellence across the Customer Financial Services organization. You will coach Development Managers, lead training, and align initiatives to improve PVR, product penetration, VPP, CSI, and profitability while ensuring consistent execution across markets.

You will oversee change management, leverage analytics to identify opportunities, and build sustainable learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large teams and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to coach, train, and develop managers for sustained results.
• Proven track record in improving KPIs like PVR, CSI, and profitability.

Responsabilités

• Serve as field SME for CFS operations and partner with leadership to raise performance.
• Coach and develop CFS Development Managers for consistent execution.
• Collaborate with Market Presidents to create action plans improving PVR, PI, VPP, CSI and profitability.
• Lead CFS Trainers, set expectations, provide feedback, and support professional growth.
• Design and implement learning programs for new initiatives and technology enhancements.
• Measure program impact via performance data and participant feedback.
