Ladders is seeking a Region CFS Director to lead regional operations support and capability development within a fast-paced Manufacturing & Automotive environment. You will translate key metrics into actionable plans, strengthen manager effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement across the region.

Remote role (US-based candidates only). You will coach leaders, partner with senior execs on performance reviews, and design learning strategies to close capability gaps.

• 5–7 years of experience in financial services or the automotive industry.

For our client, we are seeking a Region CFS Director to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will oversee regional operations support and capability development, with a focus on driving performance, consistency, and execution across the team. You will partner closely with leadership to translate key metrics into action plans, strengthen manager effectiveness, and improve training and development outcomes. The position also plays a critical role in identifying gaps, implementing learning strategies, and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually
