Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Regional CFS Director to partner with Market and Store leadership, driving excellence in Customer Financial Services. You will coach Development Managers, design learning solutions, and lead enterprise initiatives to boost PVR, product penetration, CSI, and profitability across the CFS organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large teams across multiple markets.
• Ability to coach and develop managers to improve KPIs.
• Strong track record implementing learning solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field SME for CFS operations, partnering with leadership to improve performance.
• Coach and develop CFS Trainers and Managers for consistent execution.
• Develop action plans with Market Presidents to improve PVR, PI, VPP, CSI.
• Attend MORs and provide strategic recommendations based on data trends.
• Lead a team of CFS Trainers and set clear performance expectations.
• Advise on compensation strategies, staffing, and performance initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps and build learning strategies for leadership impact.
• Design and facilitate training for new initiatives and tech changes.
• Lead change management and ensure field adoption across markets.
• Measure training impact using performance metrics and feedback.
