Job summary

Xanitos, Inc. is seeking a Remote Regional Director to oversee Patient Sitter programs nationwide and provide interim support for Ambulatory Services in the West region. West Coast candidates are preferred.

The role coordinates activities through Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will manage financial results, support business development, and lead a large regional team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team-management experience.
• Customer service oriented mindset and approach.
• Experience overseeing large facilities (500+ beds) or multi-site oversight.
• Experience with payroll, P&Ls, training, and unions preferred.
• Ambulatory care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the region's financial results including business plan, forecasts, productivity, staffing plans, and budget; analyze trends and adjust action plans.
• Support business development with client pricing surveys and new account presentations; monitor competitive landscape.
• Lead client communications regarding Xanitos programs and contract performance; provide management feedback on client needs.
• Coach, develop, and lead regional teams; manage HR policies, staffing, training, safety, and employee relations.
• Act as a champion of Xanitos goals, serving as a positive role model for employees across the region.
