Job summary

Humana is seeking a Regional Operations Manager responsible for overseeing field teams, ensuring safety, efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of operations work across the region. The role includes developing operating standards, managing expenses, scheduling, payroll entry, assigned projects, hiring and coaching, and daily regional production.

The position requires field onboarding in the initial months, travel up to 50% of the time (including to corporate HQ), and strong leadership of

Qualifications

• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds without assistance.
• Willing and able to travel out of state up to 50 percent of the time, including regular trips to corporate HQ.

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and report on projects assigned to team.
• Develop, monitor and report on safety, quality, and cost metrics.
• Ensure field team safety and adherence to safety standards.
• Attend operations calls, updates and meetings.
• Review and approve team schedules and expenses.
• Collaborate with HR to interview, hire, coach, and train team.
