Oldcastle APG is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead several manufacturing sites in the Northeast. The role focuses on Safety, Quality, Productivity, and regulatory compliance while delivering strong financial results in a decentralized environment.

Reporting to the Regional VP/GM, you will develop leadership teams, manage production planning, and drive continuous improvement across plants. This remote-based role requires up to 75% travel to plants in the Buffalo, Easton, and Fredonia

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, or other technical field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience in Operations Management or equivalent transferable experiences
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated results in P&L management
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically as well as maintain relationships as they change over time
• Ability to travel up to 75%

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple manufacturing sites across the region to optimize safety, quality, productivity, and preventive maintenance
• Ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance is maintained
• Build and mentor leadership teams at each location
• Lead ad hoc project teams to support customer solutions and capital improvements
• Drive manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement
• Translate annual goals into per-plant metrics and hold teams accountable
• Lead production planning to balance demand with cost and service levels
• Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve shared goals
• Report production and inventory accurately
