• Develop, evaluate, and sustain standard metrics to gauge quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with Nursing Council, physician leadership, and executive management on strategic priorities.
• Manage nursing education, competency documentation, and nursing SOPs.
• Partner with regional clinical pharmacist to implement initiatives and optimize clinic performance.
