Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Nurse Consultant/Regional Director of Clinical Operations to partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource, driving clinical excellence and developing programming that differentiates our services. This role oversees clinical quality, education, and care management processes.

The position conducts facility reviews for compliance, helps recruit and mentor nursing leadership, and requires RN licensure with substantial long-term care and regional

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Regional experience preferred.
• 5 years long-term care experience required.
• Minimum 2 years as Director of Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facilities as the primary clinical resource to pursue clinical excellence and assist in developing clinical programming and processes that differentiate our services.
• Assist facility management with implementation of resident care policies and standards of practice as required.
• Conduct facility reviews including mock survey visits to assess compliance with Federal and State regulations and company standards.
• Prepare reports as identified and communicate identified problems and recommended solutions to leadership.
• Apply leadership skills to direct others toward defined goals and facilitate efficient team performance.
• Assist in the interview process for Director of Nursing Services positions and facilitate care management processes.
