Job summary

Inizio Engage, a leading biopharmaceutical services partner, seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead a team of Clinical Educators supporting healthcare professionals in oncology settings. You will oversee training delivery, performance evaluations, and staffing logistics, coordinating with program management and clients to optimize educator deployment.

Required are an active RN license with a BSN, 5+ years oncology nursing experience, and at least 2 years of healthcare management experience.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active state license
BSN required
At least 2 years' management experience in healthcare
At least 3 years Clinical educator experience in pharma or hospital setting
Active nursing license in states where in-services are conducted
Five+ years oncology nursing experience and five+ years general nursing experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and insurance
Excellent communication, speaking, and writing skills
Ability to travel, including overnight travel

Responsibilities

Supervise the Clinical Educators in their territory
Coordinate with Program Management to allocate Clinical Educators efficiently
Conduct performance evaluations and HR liaison; manage PTO and sick time
Travel monthly or bi-monthly with educators to assess communication and presentation skills
Onboarding of new Clinical Educators and on-site meetings twice a year
Evaluate territories for coverage and in-service needs
Manage conference attendance and feedback loops
Collaborate with stakeholders to fill open positions promptly
Organize training on new indications and processes
Attend client national sales meetings and align content to team needs
Communicate with client field reps regarding educator performance
Explain goals and expectations to the team; manage remote communication
Identify best practices across regions and share insights
Complete administrative duties (reports, emails, expense reports)
Attend training and competency assessments as required
Maintain company equipment and materials per policy
Maintain professional registration/licensing as required
Possess valid US driver's license and report offenses
Perform other duties as requested
