Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; advanced degree preferred.
• RN licensed in state of employment; multi-state licensure.
• OCN Certification required.
• 10 years of progressive managerial experience overseeing nursing/clinical operations.
• At least 5 years in community oncology nursing.
• Proficient in OncoEMR and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for integration of oncology nursing practice, education, and research.
• Oversee regional nursing staff and ensure adherence to AON policies and safe clinical practices.
• Develop and deliver education; assess competency for nursing staff.
• Maintain regulatory approvals and ensure guidelines followed.
• Collaborate with Nursing Council and physician leaders to set strategy and priorities.
• Represent nursing in committees and drive process improvements in the region.
