Job summary

Inizio Engage seeks a Clinical Regional Manager to lead a team of clinical educators across oncology facilities in the United States. You will supervise, coach, and evaluate staff, coordinate with Program Management for optimal resource allocation, and drive on-site trainings and regional in-services to ensure adherence to client standards.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active state license and a BSN is required.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience, preferably leading a Clinical Educator team.
• At least 3 years of Clinical Educator experience in pharma or hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Clinical Educators in the territory.
• Decide efficient allocation of Clinical Educators with Program Management and client.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage HR-related issues for the team.
• Coordinate onboarding and conduct on-site meetings twice a year.
• Travel with Educational team to assess and enhance communication and presentation skills.
• Fill open positions and liaise with stakeholders on training needs and resources.
