Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC offers an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial Loan Officer to build and grow a referral‑driven business from anywhere. Run your operations remotely on a P&L basis under our umbrella, with uncapped commissions and access to loan products for all borrower types.

Licensed in 28 states, you will have administrative, operational and compliance support from Corporate, plus the option to add to your team or operate independently while pursuing ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3–5 units per month.

Responsibilities

• Operate your loan business remotely on a P&L basis under the Caliver Beach Mortgage umbrella.
• Take advantage of uncapped commissions and a broad product set.
• Licensed in 28 states with administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.
• Add additional Loan Officers to your team or act as an individual LO.
• General practice includes working under a national licensing footprint with corporate backing.
