Job summary

Caliver Beach Mortgage, LLC is seeking entrepreneurial Loan Officers who can build strong referral networks and run their own remote business on a P&L basis under our umbrella. You will have access to loan products for all borrower types, uncapped commissions, and administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Hire additional LO staff or operate solo as you grow your practice. Licensing includes active NMLS/MLO status across 28 states and counting, enabling nationwide

Qualifications

• Active NMLS/MLO license required.
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations.
• Sales target driven with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under Caliver Beach Mortgage.
• Develop and manage a referral partner network.
• Close loans across borrower types with uncapped commissions.
• Scale by adding other LOs or operate as an individual LO.
• Utilize corporate admin, operations and compliance support.
