Ladders is seeking a Regional Medical Director, Value and Access - West to lead regional payer and access engagement across the West in a remote capacity. This senior role guides scientific exchange to support evidence-based decision-making and translates clinical and health economic data into actionable insights.

You will engage health plan leaders, advise on reimbursement questions, and represent Medical Affairs at regional forums.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical or scientific degree required.
• 10+ years in Medical Affairs, payer engagement, market access, HEOR/RWE, or managed care.
• Formal training in health economics or outcomes research preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute regional stakeholder engagement plan aligned with corporate priorities.
• Build peer-to-peer scientific relationships with senior health plan leaders.
• Serve as senior scientific contact for payer and reimbursement questions.
• Lead balanced, non-promotional exchanges on clinical data and guidelines.
• Plan payer advisory boards and scientific forums, capturing actionable insights.
• Represent Medical Affairs at regional and national payer meetings.
