Job summary
Stoke Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Medical Director, Value and Access to lead regional medical value planning and payer engagement. The role is field-based and remote, with significant collaboration across Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, and Regulatory teams.
You will drive evidence translation, support formulary readiness, and shape regional access strategies. The position requires 10+ years in Medical Affairs or related functions, an advanced degree, and strong expertise in
Qualifications
- Advanced clinical or scientific degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs, payer medical engagement, Market Access, HEOR/RWE, clinical development, managed care, or related pharma/biotech function.
- Formal training or demonstrated expertise in health economics, outcomes research, population health, managed care, epidemiology, or health policy is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the regional medical value plan and contribute to lifecycle planning and resource allocation.
- Synthesize actionable payer insights on unmet needs, evidence expectations, coverage and policy shifts.
- Lead payer engagement, advisory boards, and regional medical education initiatives.
- Translate evidence into payer-friendly narratives and materials for decision-makers.
