Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple construction projects and business groups in the Western region.

You will partner with project teams, unions, and field leadership to set projects up for success from a labor relations perspective. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, adept at fostering union relationships, administering CBAs/PLAs, and resolving employee relations matters in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple labor relations projects and deadlines.
• Experience interpreting CBAs and PLAs in union environments.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other labor agreements.
• Interpret labor contracts and applicable law for project teams.
• Assist with internal investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local/regional union leadership and job stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning, pre-job conferences, and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
