SOLV Energy, LLC seeks a proactive Labor Relations Manager to oversee labor relations across multiple construction projects in the Western region. This fully remote role collaborates with project teams, unions, and field leadership to ensure compliant, productive workforce engagement.

You will administer CBAs/PLAs, support negotiations, resolve grievances, and maintain accurate labor records, while upholding high ethical standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Construction Management, Business Administration, or HR.
• Minimum 5 years in heavy industrial construction with trade unions.
• Experience administering CBAs and working in union environments.
• Strong ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Public speaking, presentation, and training abilities.

Responsabilités

• Administer and interpret CBAs and PLAs.
• Support negotiations of CBAs, PLAs, MOUs, and other agreements.
• Interpret contracts and laws; guide project teams for compliance.
• Assist with investigations, grievances, and dispute resolution with Legal Counsel.
• Build and maintain relationships with local/regional union leadership and stewards.
• Coordinate startup activities including workforce planning and trainings.
• Maintain labor relations records and databases.
