Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. This role is fully remote nationwide in the United States and reports to a Program Manager. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree with 15+ years leading large-scale IT service delivery, including agency-wide contracts serving tens of thousands of users.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 15+ years in IT service delivery.
Experience leading a large, agency-wide IT support contract serving 80K users.
US citizenship is required for DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and development projects.
Manages a project team comprised of multidisciplinary staff.
Reviews, manages and controls project status, budgets, schedules and reports.
Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals.
Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervention with team members and line managers.
Generally reports to a Program Manager.
