Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a senior regional sales leader to build and guide a high-performing team in the US Immunology Sales organization.

You will own customer engagement strategies, develop relationships with senior leaders, and align plans with payer considerations to optimize access and reimbursement. The role requires 10+ years in pharma sales/marketing, 3+ years of people management, and readiness to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree plus 10+ years in sales, marketing or managed care in pharma.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• 3+ years building and managing customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop and retain a high-performing regional team to meet objectives.
• Own customer portfolio and ensure accurate, trusted communications.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders to support engagement.
