Job summary

Merck & Co. is seeking a seasoned Regional Immunology Sales leader in the United States to recruit and develop a high-performing team, manage cross-functional engagement, and drive approved customer strategies that improve patient outcomes.

You will own the regional portfolio, work with payers on access, build relationships with senior leaders, align plans with launch and growth objectives, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering P&L results.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years in sales, marketing, or managed care within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years' experience building and managing customer relationships.
• Resident of the region with ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.
• Experience developing regional strategic business plans and omnichannel strategies.

• Own the customer portfolio and delivery of accurate communications across all touchpoints.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders to support strategic engagement.
