Job summary

Gillis seeks a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to drive outbound sales for 6 multi-branded hotels across the USA/Canada. The role is home-based with occasional in-market travel, reporting to an Executive Director of Sales Performance.

Base salary is $70K USD with quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus, plus 31 paid days off, comprehensive benefits, and team offsites. Remote during client hours, with 2–4 annual visits.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals.
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, and sales technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 hotels; share best practices with GM and staff.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners while achieving revenue milestones in a 6-month cycle.
• Activate new accounts and grow market share through targeted prospecting and bi-weekly strategy reviews.
• Develop and nurture a sales pipeline in Salesforce; shorten sales cycles.
• Collaborate with POD to drive revenue and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen relationships.
