Job summary

Gillis, a hospitality sales partner, seeks a Regional Director of Sales to lead outbound, proactive sales for a portfolio of six hotels across the US and Canada. This home-based role reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance and requires 2–4 in-market visits annually.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business and hit revenue goals.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Residence in the United States and ability to travel 2–4 times annually.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies and RFP processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 hotels; share best practices with GM and staff.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners and hit revenue milestones within a 6-month cycle.
• Activate new accounts locally and grow market share through targeted prospecting.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Support Dynamic Sales Solution with your POD to drive revenue.
• Create exceptional client experiences and manage expectations with professionalism.
• Travel for in-market visits to strengthen client relationships.
