Job summary

Gillis is seeking a Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to lead outbound sales for a six-hotel portfolio across the USA and Canada. The role is home-based and reports to the Executive Director of Sales Performance, with 2–4 in-market visits annually.

Base salary is $70K USD plus quarterly incentives and an annual profit-sharing bonus, plus 31 paid days off, comprehensive benefits, and team offsites. Travel and remote collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 3+ consecutive years of hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments.
• Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals.
• Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, outbound and proactive sales for 6 hotels across a market.
• Drive ROI for hotel partners and hit revenue milestones in a 6‑month cycle.
• Develop sales pipeline and manage accounts in Salesforce CRM.
• Support revenue growth with cross‑team collaboration and client relations.
