Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Health Systems Regional Scientific Director (HSRSD) to develop ongoing professional relationships with health systems and payers.

This remote field-based role collaborates with regional teams to provide medical information and HEOR support, guiding strategic plans and ensuring regulatory compliance. The HSRSD will travel up to 50% to engage with IDNs, GI practices, and payers, reporting to the Health Systems Senior Director East/West.

Qualifications

• Clinical or scientific degree required.
• 5+ years’ experience in IDN and payer space with relationships to decision makers.
• Thorough knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA and related regulations in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Develops ongoing professional relationships with key decision makers in health systems to ensure access to medical and scientific information.
• Partners with RAD and KAD to develop strategic account plans and execute medical activities.
• Coordinates with regional MSLs to address medical and scientific support needs in regional health systems.
• Attends and supports scientific and medical meetings and provides post-meeting deliverables.
• Maintains compliance with US regulations and Madrigal policies.
