Job summary

Madrigal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Health Systems Regional Scientific Director (HSRSD) to build and sustain professional relationships with healthcare decision makers within regional payer organizations and IDNs across MA, VT, NH, MN and RI. This remote field-based position reports to the Health Systems Senior Director East / West.

You will provide accurate medical information, collaborate with market access teams, and support HEOR activities while ensuring compliance with US regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in IDN and payer space.
• Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine and managed market.
• Understanding of pharmacoeconomics and real-world evidence.
• Knowledge of FDA, OIG, HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops ongoing professional relationships with key decision makers in organized health systems to access medical and scientific information on Madrigal’s products and disease areas.
• Partners with RAD and KAD teams to develop strategic account plans; execute medical activities per plan.
• Communicates with regional MSLs regarding medical and scientific support needs in key affiliated regional health systems.
• Provides support for HEOR activities led by HQ HEOR within regional accounts.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and attend scientific/medical meetings.
