Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a REMOTE Regional Sales Lead for geotechnical construction to drive growth across the Mid-Atlantic. You will develop client relationships, influence project strategy, and identify opportunities from early procurement to award.

You will collaborate with engineering, preconstruction, and commercial teams to craft technically competitive proposals and pursue major projects in a growth-focused territory.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Experience in geotechnical construction, foundation engineering, or related sector.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical methods and project documents.
• Professional licensure or progression toward licensure is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with developers, asset owners, engineers and partners.
• Identify upcoming projects and position the business early in procurement cycles.
• Review geotechnical reports and specs to understand risks and delivery approaches.
• Work with estimating, engineering and operations to develop proposals.
• Lead client meetings, presentations and industry engagement activities.
• Monitor market trends, pipelines, and competitive activity.
