Qualifications

• PE license required.
• Approximately 10-15+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Proven track record in business development and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical projects from pursuit through delivery.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships across the DFW market.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Provide technical oversight and review of geotechnical engineering work.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Manage a team of direct reports while supporting wider engineering and laboratory personnel.
• Collaborate with office and CMT leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Support operational planning and help guide future office expansion efforts.
