Job summary

You will supervise scheduling, manage costs, ensure OSHA standards, and use the AVMS system to track operations. Military maintenance experience is a plus; a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fleet vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Experience with wiring, engine work and preventive scheduling.
• Military maintenance experience is a plus.
• Associates in Automotive Technology preferred or equivalent on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fleet vehicles with emphasis on Preventative Maintenance programs to meet 100% compliance.
• Assist with scheduling and assigning work to the mechanic personnel.
• Assess training needs for fleet mechanic staff to Regiona/Group Manager.
• Utilize AVMS fleet management system to track shop operations with a paperless process.
• Manage cost control through purchasing and inventory management, ensuring vehicle costs stay within budget.
• Uphold shop quality standards, maintain cleanliness, and comply with OSHA standards.
