Travel up to 25–50% to support domestic and international customers, interfacing with engineering, manufacturing and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met. The position emphasizes CAD/ProE tooling, data analytics, and strong communication to translate customer requirements

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering preferred.
• Ability to work with CAD/ProE for design.
• Strong communication with internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Engage with marketing, Sales and customers to generate design solutions.
• Build responsive technical relationships with customers.
• Perform data analytics for market and technology research.
• Understand internal and vendor manufacturing capabilities.
• Input for product manufacturing and testing requirements.
• Interface with customers and vendors to ensure conformance to requirements.
• Interpret customer and internal drawings and 3D files.
• Communicate conceptual designs to customers and manufacturing teams.
• Review customer documents for AAO requirements.
• Understand cost/pricing of AAO products.
